About the BCLC Casino Online

There has been a proposal recently to try and acquire a license to establish a casino in the North Shore and South Fraser regions by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation.  This proposal has not really gained enough interest as only one out of the five North Shore cities seemed to show some interest in establishing and hosting a new casino.  These areas were the North Vancouver City, North Vancouver District, West Vancouver, the Squamish Nation and the Tsleil Waututh Nation. Only the city of North Vancouver actually considered it, while the TW Nation has yet to make a decision. The remaining areas firmly declined. This wasn’t the first time such a suggestion got rejected as in 2015 the city councils refused to allow casinos to be built at the shipyards, but some of the members believe that it could be necessary to receive some additional revenue for the city. Until the proposal gets accepted they will continue to run the BCLC Casino online.

The Online Casino

Despite not being able to, for now, establish any new casinos, the BCLC Casino online is always a viable option. It is in BCLC’s belief that it could yield huge amounts of revenue if they set up a casino on the North Shore as there are currently none in that area. This profit could reach from twenty-five to forty million dollars per year, while the community hosting this casino could net 10% thanks to the revenue sharing policy. This could mean that someday we could actually see some casinos show up.
